- Food & Drink Vendors are NOT permitted
- Anime posters & wall art is allowed
- The resale of booths and tables is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation and forfeiture of payment.
- Vendors are NOT allowed to set up beyond their designated area.

- Select number of tables you would like to purchase and proceed to checkout
- Vendor Packet, Credentials, and Badges will be distributed during set-up on Friday

- Includes (1) one 6 ft table
- Two chairs

- Multiple table purchases will be grouped together
- 10×18 footprint
- Includes (5) 6 ft table
- Five chairs
- Four Vendor badges
- You will receive an email with set-up instructions 10 days prior to the event
- Set-Up will be on Friday from 9:00am – 7:00pm
- You will receive detailed directions and instructions on how to get to the loading dock
