Vendor Booth and Artist Alley Booking Information
- Food & Drink Vendors are NOT permitted
- Vendor booths are intended for established businesses, retailers, and exhibitors. If you are an independent artist, creator, or illustrator, you’ll want to reserve a table in Artist Alley instead.
- Artist Alley spaces are intended for individual artists and creators. If you represent a larger business, retail brand, or commercial exhibitor, please apply for a Vendor Booth instead.
- Anime posters & wall art is allowed
- The resale of tables is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation and forfeiture of payment.
- Vendors are NOT allowed to set up beyond their designated area.
- See booth / artist table sizes on floorplan
- Select number of booths / artist tables you would like to purchase and proceed to checkout
- Vendor Packet, Credentials, and Badges will be distributed during set-up on Friday
- You will receive an email with set-up instructions 10 days prior to the event
- Set-Up will be on Friday from 9:00am – 7:00pm
- You will receive detailed directions and instructions on how to get to the loading dock
